ORGANIZATION
Methodist Men at Lovers Lane is spearheaded by a group of twelve men called the Crusaders. These men meet on a frequent basis to plan the overall direction of the UMM and are committed to energizing the group as a whole. The Crusaders represent a cross section of men in the church with members ranging in age from their 30's into their 70's. The Methodist Men of Lovers Lane proudly wear a lapel pin that visually establishes them as a member of the Methodist Men of our church.

THE UMM MARBLE
The Methodist Men at Lovers Lane are proud to extend the tradition of the Methodist Men's Marble. Created by Jesse Shwayder as a symbol of the philosophy upon which he founded the Shwayder Trunk Manufacturing Company (now the Samsonite Corporation), a marble encircled with a band bearing the Golden Rule was initially given to employees and customers as a reminder of the universal doctrine of the Golden Rule. It has since been adopted by many Methodist Men's organizations across the country.

The marble is available in four colors, red, blue, green and white and bears a gold imprint of the Golden Rule. All Methodist Men are encouraged to ask for their free marble from Doug Brower and to keep it with them at all times as a sign of fellowship to other Methodist Men. Don't be caught without your Methodist Men's marble!

THE UMM BASEBALL CAP
UMM now has its own "official" baseball cap, designed by Greg Chapman. Black, with a red bill, the cap reminds all who see it of the fellowship of UMM at Lovers Lane and of the UMM role as the "Go To" organization within the church. Caps can be purchased for $10 from Doug Brower. Buy one and wear it with pride!
