| Friends of Music presents Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas |

| The Lovers Lane Friends of Music proudly presents the Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas in concert at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2008. The one-hour concert will feature some of the world’s finest sacred and folk repertoire, performed by one of the premiere auditioned children’s choruses in the nation. Admission to the concert is free. A goodwill offering will be received. Childcare will be provided with an advance reservation by April 2 to Alice Sutherland at 214.691.4721 x141. | The Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas, under the direction of Cynthia Nott, was founded in 1996. It has been a frequent guest of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, including a Carnegie Hall debut with the DSO is 2005 under the baton of Andrew Litton. The chorus performs annually in the Meyerson Symphony Center and has performed as the guest choir at American Choral Directors Association division convention, the American Kódaly Educators national convention, and the Niagara International Music Festival. |
