Purpose

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ.To develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
United Methodist Women's budget reflects the organization's emphasis on missions, both foreign and domestic.
United Methodist Women provides an opportunity for women of all ages to learn more about worldwide missions while making friendships in small group and large group settings.
All members meet in a general gathering at Lovers Lane six times during the year. The smaller group meetings are held each month, several in member's homes, others at the church. In addition to the daytime groups, we have two evening groups. We welcome you to join with us as we study and support worldwide missions.
