| Gifts From the Heart | " There are two organization from which you may choose. Mannings' Missions, named after Doris Manning, our much loved former pastor of LLUMC, supports the care and support of the elderly population in Ashville, N. Carolina. Renewed Spirit offers life skills to the women in Dawson State Prison.
Burnet Elementary School teacher appreciation- Last fall we were challenged to support Burnet Elementary as a result of our Public Education study. We have chosen to provide snacks once a month for Teachers Appreciation. Each Small Group/Circle is to provide treats in the Teacher's Lounge one day during their assigned month. |
| Eye glasses needed | for the ladies at the Dawson prison in Dallas. This is where the Renewed Spirit faith-based Life Skills course takes place. Please bring glasses to Lois Hesse. |
